The Deanship of Postgraduate Studies at Umm Al-Qura University has announced the start of sending notice of the programs that passed through the first stage of revision by the referees of the programs. Accordingly, the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies confirms that electronic workflow should be followed on a daily basis by department heads from Tuesday 23 Jumada Al-Awwal 1440 A.H., corresponding to 29 January 2019.

The Dean of Postgraduate Studies, Prof. Sa`id Al-Harithi, pointed out that this stage aims to ensure that the program meets all the observations of the referees by the academic staff in the department offering the postgraduate program (high diploma - master's degree - PhD).

To view the referees' comments on the program of the department, the head of the department should log into their personal account at Umm Al-Qura University, then click on the icon: (Electronic Services) and click on the icon: (e-Workflows) to view the details of the workflow and the referees' notes on the program.

We hope that the department will apply the comments of the referees and amend the program in form (102) in Word format, and re-submit form (102) and the evaluation form sent to you by the deanship within two weeks, and convert the two files into PDF files and merge them into a compressed file after completing the observations of all referees on the program. You can use the attached tables in the evaluation form if there are additional notes you would like to mention to the referees (new rows can be added to the table as needed).
