The Secretariat of the Academic Council is pleased to announce to the academic staff the approval of His Excellency the President of Umm Al-Qura University of the academic staff promotions included in the tenth session of the Academic Council for the academic year 1439/1440 A.H. The Secretariat of the Academic Council wishes them much success and progress in the field of scientific research, and supplicates Allah (Exalted and Glorified be He) to encompass them with His care and support for them to achieve their ambitions and accomplish their goals.

Appointment of the Lecturer Kawthar bint Hamid Muhammad Zabramawi as Assistant Professor at the Department of Da`wah and Islamic Culture, the College of Da`wah and Fundamentals of Religion.
Appointment of the Teaching Assistant Ihab bin Talal Hassan Azab as Assistant Professor at the Department of Basic and Clinical Oral Sciences, the College of Dentistry.
Appointment of the Teaching Assistant Bandar bin Muhammad Ali Al-Rabi`i as Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, the College of Islamic Economics and Finance.
Appointment of the Teaching Assistant Afrah bint Muhammad Fahd Al-Dusari as Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, the College of Applied Sciences.
Suitable recommendations for the topics included in the agenda of the aforementioned session were made.
