His Excellency Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, President of Umm Al-Qura University, issued a decision appointing Dr. Muhammad bin Hadi Al-Shihri as Head of the Teacher Training Department at the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-native Speakers, for a tenure of two years.

His Eminence the Dean of the Institute, Dr. Hasan Bukhari, and all the staff congratulate His Excellency Dr. Muhammad bin Hadi Al-Shihri, wishing him the best of luck. They also expressed their thanks to the former Head of the Department, Dr. Maymun Al-Salmi, for his contribution to the Institute and its staff. May Allah reward him and grant him all that is good.
