The President of Umm Al-Qura U¬¬niversity (UQU), Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail, has issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Sa`id bin Muhammad Al-Qarni as the Vice Dean of the Institute of Manuscripts and Revival of Islamic Heritage for Technical Affairs and Development.
