College of Engineering in Al-Leith held a seminar entitled “Alkaline Water: Change Your Water…Change Your Life” on Monday, 18 Muharram, 1440 A.H.
The seminar was presented by Engineer Sa`id Harb, the Lecturer at the Department of Environmental Engineering, who tackled the importance of drinking alkaline water due to its various benefits that are reflected on the human health and vivacity. This is because alkaline water includes antioxidants and minerals such as calcium, magnesium, and potassium that can cause blood neutrality and help the body get rid of toxins.
