UQU President, Dr. Bakry Bin Maatouq Assas inaugurated on Monday 2/2/1438 H Scientific Research Beacon channel and blog, in the presence of the Vice President for Graduate Studies and Scientific Research Dr. Thamer bin Hamdan Al Harbi and the Dean of Scientific Research, Dr. Faisal bin Ahmed Al-Allaf and Vice Dean of Research Chairs, Dr. Abdul Wahab bin Abdullah Alresini.
The blog is considered the main tributary of the social media for the Scientific Research deanship, in addition to Telegram channel, which aims to be a comprehensive reference and a renewed source of scientific research service and a society of knowledge, the channel seeks to offer all that matter to scientific research and researchers in the various domains and scientific disciplines. The demo broadcast of the channel was launched on 11/11/1437H, comprising more than 500 participants from inside and outside the University.
It is worth mentioning that the blog is developed by the vice dean of the Research Centres and Groups, Dr Suhail bin Salim Bajammal. This channel is run by her Excellency Dr. Haifa Bint Uthman Feda with an excellent staff and Advisory Group, to develop the vision, mission and objectives of the channel and its fields.
