Dr. Amany Mahjub, Assistant Professor in the Department of Pathology and the Vice-Dean of the College of Applied Medical Sciences for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, won the Children’s Cancer and Leukaemia Group (CCLG) Award for the best research summary on children's cancer.
She received the award during the NCRI Cancer Conference, the UK's largest conference on the latest developments in cancer research.
The conference provides a platform for researchers, doctors, and cancer patients to come together to discuss and present high-quality research. Media and interactive educational courses attract more than 1,500 delegates each year, creating an ideal environment for new cooperative relationships with key cancer research stakeholders.
