Under the auspices of the Department of Physical Education, the patronage of the Head of the Physical Education Department, Dr. Yusuf bin Atiyyah Al-Thubaity, and in collaboration with the Research Institute and Ahli Jeddah Club, Dr. Midhat Qasim Abdul-Raziq gave a lecture entitled 'Athletic Health'. It dealt with various topics concerning ways of prevention against different injuries that the athlete may suffer during matches, suitable nutrition timings during matches and competitions, and the dietary supplements that can help players.

The lecture targeted players and coaches. This activity comes as a beginning of a series of scientific lectures in the field of athletics.
