President of Umm Al-Qura University Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail has issued a decision appointing Dr. Badriya Al-Fahmi as the Vice Dean of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers for the Educational Affairs, females section, for a tenure of two years as of Dhul-Hijjah 26, 1439 H.

On this occasion, the Dean of the Institute Sheikh Dr. Hassan Bukhari and all the affiliates of the Institute extend their sincere congratulations and blessing to Dr. Badriya Al-Fahmi
