Within the preparations of the Preparatory Year Deanship at UQU for academic yeaar 1439/1440AH, the Dean of the branches, Dr. Ramy Basha, paid a visit to the University’s branch in Jamoum. During his visit, he met with the new students of the preparatory year and the faculty members within the branch. He examined the study halls and computer labs and made sure all the tools required for ensuring the success of the academic process are available in the new year.

He was reievec by the Dean of Jamoum University College, Dr. Tawfik Al-Sherif, and the Vice Dean of the College for Academic Affairs, Dr. Abdulmajeed Al-Refaey, in addition to the Head of the Department of Computer, Ahmed Sabhi.

For his part, the Dean of the Preparatory Year, Dr. Saad Al-Ghamdi, said that this year is the first for opening the branch of the Deanship in Jamoum. This accomplishment could be to UQU's record that is filled with similar accomplishments. It also highlights the distinct partnership between the Preparatory Year Deanship and Jamoum University College, with continuous follow-up from the Vice President of the University for Educational Affairs, Dr. Abdulaziz Srouji, as well as the support of the UQU President, Dr. Bafail.
