The UQU President Prof. Abdullah bin Omar Bafail  has issued an administrative decision appointing Dr. Maimoun bin Ahmed bin Samil Al-Solami as the acting Vice Dean of the Arabic Language Institute for Non-Native Speakers for a tenure of six months as of Dhul-Qe'dah 16, 1439 H in addition to his work as the Head of the Arabic Teachers Preparation Department in the Institute. 

Meanwhile, the Dean of the Institute Sheikh Dr. Hassan Bukhari and all the affiliates of the Institute congratulated Dr. Maimoun Al-Solami on this occasion and wished him all success and progress. They extended their thanks also to the ex-vice dean Dr. Mohamed Al-Thobaiti for all the efforts he exerted for the benefit of the Institute.
