Teaching Assistant “Hanin bint Talal bin Sharaf Al-Barakati Al-Sharif” at the History Department at the college has defended her MA thesis in Modern History and Islamic Civilization, titled: “State of Hijaz in Ottoman Era in 1287-1334)”. The defense took place at Al-Zahir campus, in the presence of several members of the college staff and relatives of the student, on Thursday 3 Sha’ban 1439AH at 10:00 am.

The discussion panel included: Dr. Ahmed bin Mohamed Youssef (as a supervisor and rapporteur), Dr. Soliman bin Mohamed Kamal (as a member), and Dr. Saadia bint Saeed Al-Bishy (as a member). The committee advised to grant the student a master’s degree with a grade of “excellent” and 97 points.
