The Dean of Al-Qunfudhah Engineering College Dr. Jabir bin Saeed Al-Zahrani and the College Vice Dean Dr. Alawi bin Mohamed BaMahdi attended the Winter Enrichment Program at King Abdullah University for Science and Technology (KAUST) at Thuwal in Jeddah on Wednesday January 24, 2018.
The Winter Enrichment Program is one of the most important programs of KAUST and last for two weeks from January 14 to 25, 2018. The event included academic lectures, workshops, and skills training, entrepreneurship and entertainment and cultural activities.
This year's program came under the theme of the "The future of human and machine". The activities and events of the program included also scientific and technology fields related to earth and space sciences, data analysis, remote sensing devices, robots, biometric security, human brain studies, artificial intelligence and networks technologies. The program also included presentations of number of virtual reality startups from the Kingdom.
