The College of Social Sciences, female section, in collaboration with the Deanship of e-Learning and Distance Education, organized on Monday Jumada Al-Awal 19, 1439 H,  a training course on the e-Learning system for the females faculty members. The course was attended by the Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences Dr. Khulud bint Abdullah Al-Thobaiti, the Deputy Head of Media Department Enaam bint Ahmed Shoaibi, the Deputy Head of English Language Department Hadeel bint Jamal Azhar besides the female faculty members in the different departments of the college including; Media, Geography, Social Work and English Language.  

The course covered a number of significant topics in the field of e-learning such as designing the main interface of the educational course, creating submission folder, how to prepare e-tests and virtual classes. The training course lasted for three hours. 

At the conclusion of the course, the Vice Dean of the College of Social Sciences Dr. Khulud Al-Thobaiti extended her thanks to the female trainers of the course including; Mrs. Mona Al-Shihri and Mrs. Amal Al-Shamrani and handed them out thanks and appreciation certificates in return for their efforts and cooperation. She then stressed the importance of activating e-learning system by the female faculty members and directing female students to take advantage of the services provided by the university regarding the e-learning.

After that, all the audience appreciated the course benefits.
