As per the directives of the Dean of the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers Dr. Hassan Bukhari, the  Coordinative Committee of the 9th Scientific Forum held its 4th meeting for the male and female students of the UQU Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers in the attendance of the following:
1-    Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Talahi, (Chairman)
2-    Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Mansi (Member).
3-    Dr. Mamoun Al-Dali (Member and Rapporteur). 
4-    Dr. Ibrahim Attar (Member).
5-    Dr. Ahmed Ramadan (Member).
6-    Mr. Khalid Abo Zaid (Member).
7-    Mr. Abdul-Rahman Al-Madkhali (Member).

The meeting focused on the participations statistics and Dr. Ahmed Ramadan and Mr. Khali Abo Zaid were  assigned for supervision and follow up. The recommendations of the meeting included submitting the participation researches electronically or in papers. During the meeting  also the students Yassir Abdul-Rahman  presented his innovation work.

Wednesday Jumada Al-Awal 21, 1439 H was set as the last date to submit male and female students participations.
