Deanship of Postgraduate Studies would like to turn the attention of all Ph.D. students in all specializations and colleges to the importance of updating their basic data including;
1- The permanent address.
2- Mobile Number
3- Updating job status by submitting status print from the civil service or Absher system for those who are not currently holding government jobs.
4- Getting a full sabbatical leave for Ph.D. study at Umm Al-Qura University from the employer for those who are holding government jobs.

The final date for visiting the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies: Students Services Unit at both sections as following:
Deanship Headquarters at Abdyia
Deanship Headquarters at Al-Zahir
Is Thursday Shaaban 3, 1439 H corresponding to April 19, 2018.
If the student fails to update his/her data, the student services shall be suspended. And other procedures may follow, as per the Postgraduate Laws and Regulations, that may include delisting of the student.
