Ministry of Haj and Umrah Reviews its Operational Plans to Adopt Quality Standards

His Excellency the Minister of Haj and Umrah Dr. Mohammed Saleh Bin Taher Benten indicated that his Ministry has started reviewing all operational plans related to Haj and Umrah season to weigh pros and cons, turn negatives into positives  and ensure adopting performance quality standards.  He stressed the keenness of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz, to provide the best services for the pilgrims and visitors of the Holy Mosque.   

 

While conducting an inspection tour on the Tawafa Organization for the Pilgrims of South Asia  recently and  during his meeting with the board of directors of the organization to discuss  number of issues related to the services provided for the pilgrims and the services provided by the organization in this regard, Dr. Bentin said that his visit is aimed at checking on readiness of all parties involved in providing  services for the pilgrims, explaining that things are going well and that everyone has dedicated himself  for the service of the pilgrims and visitors.    

 

The minister lauded the high-quality services provided by the organization and called upon everyone to exert all effort to serve the pilgrims and visitors and provide them with the best services since their entry to the Kingdom until their departure -Allah willing- for their countries healthily and safely.

 

For his part, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Tawafa Organization for the Pilgrims of South Asia, Dr. Rafat Badr branded "Tawafa" as a noble profession due to its noble hopes and objectives set for the service of the pilgrims and visitors. He pointed out that Tawafa organizations are working under the direct supervision and directives of the Ministry of Haj and Umrah to achieve aspirations of the wise leadership and provide the best services for pilgrims and visitors.
