Within the administrative development programs for the female employees of Shari’ah and Islamic Studies College, and under the slogan of Makkah region “How to be Role Model”, the college organized a course for its female employees entitled: “Values and Morals of Shari’ah and Islamic Studies College” on Thursday, 3/4/1439 AH, at the deanship’s meeting hall. The course was presented by Dr. Nour bint Hassan Qarout, assistant professor at Shari’ah Department.
She talked about seven values and morals that every female employee should have so that they could reach the highest level of success and performance and find blessing in everything. These values are loyalty, time saving, cooperation, respect, serving people, following the Shari’ah, and charity. The course was appraised and welcomed by the female employees.
Finally, the assistant director of college administration thanked Dr. Nour bint Hassan Qarout for her efforts and fruitful cooperation with the college to improve the female employees’ performance.
