Under the patronage of Dr. Ahmed bin Muhammad Ashi, the dean, the College of Applied Medical Sciences today, Tuesday 24/03/1439 AH, continues the students’ research evaluation event participating in the 9th scientific meeting at Umm Al-Qura University (UQU) that was kicked off yesterday, Monday 23/03/1439 AH, at the college headquarters.
The number of the students’ research papers qualifying for the participation is 13, they are as follows: 5 research papers from the physiotherapy department, 4 belong to the laboratory medicine department and 4 papers from the clinical nutrition department.
The students’ research evaluation panel will nominate 3 papers for participating in the 9th scientific meeting under the name of the Applied Medical Sciences College, and in accordance with the criteria laid down by the panel after watching the researchers’ presentations.
On his part, Dr. Ahmed bin Muhammad Ashi, dean of the Applied Medical Sciences College, said that the college’s research evaluation will enhance the spirit of competitiveness among the students that seek to participate in the UQU’s 9th scientific meeting, stimulate them to showcase their potentials; praying to Allah, the Exalted, the Majestic to help them and make them succeed.
