The Scientific Board Secretariat is pleased to congratulate staff members whose promotion was approved by virtue of the decree issued by the University President in the last board meeting. The secretariat wishes them further success in the field of scientific research to achieve their aspirations and realize their ambitions.

Recommendations were made regarding the topics included on the board agenda.

Names of promoted staff members

  1. Dr. Salem bin Mohamed Abdallah Al-Mefraji is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Psychology, College of Education.
  2. Dr. Saud bin Hamed Marzouq Al-Saadi is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Rhetoric and Criticism, College of Arabic Language.
  3. Dr. Ayesh bin Attiya Abdlmoati Al-Beshr is promoted from associate professor to professor at the Department of Training, Higher Institute for Promotion of Virtue and Prevention of Vice.  
  4. Dr. Salah bin Mousa Saleh Falata is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Orthopedics, College of Medicine. 
  5. Abdullah bin Naser Zuhair Al-Shehri is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Chemistry, College of Applied Sciences.  
  6. Dr. Omar bin Abdullah Hussein Al-Hazazi is promoted from associate professor to professor at the Department of Chemistry, College of Applied Sciences.
  7. Dr. Mohamed bin Abdelsabour Fahmi Selim is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Mathematics, Jamoum University College.
  8. Dr. Hawazen bint Hamed Hassan Metawe is promoted from assistant professor to associate professor at the Department of Biology, College of Applied Sciences.
  9. Dr. Amira bint Abdulrahman Mohamed Ali Munir El-din is promoted from associate professor to professor at the Department of Art Education, College of Education.
