The Coordinative Committee of the 9th Scientific Forum at the Institute of Arabic Language for Non-Native Speakers held a meeting under the chairmanship of Dr. Abdul-Aziz Al-Talahi and the membership of Dr. Mamoun Al-Dali, Dr. Khalid Abu-Zaid, Dr. Ahmed Ramadan, Dr. Ibrahim Al-Attar, Dr. Al-Sayed Al-Mansi and Mr. Abdul-Rahman Madkhali. The meeting discussed the following topics; 

- Students registered tracks;
- Selection of Tracks Supervisors;
- Setting the date of  the introductive meeting of the forum's tracks for all students desiring to participate to be on Thursday;
- Revising tasks of the members of the committee;
