Admission for MSc and Higher Diploma Evening Programs Opens in Makkah and Buraida National College

The College of Community Service and Continuing Education and the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies in Umm Al Qura University (UQU) have announced the start of enrollment for evening postgraduate programs for the academic year 1438-1439 H at the University Headquarters in Makkah and Gassim region in collaboration with Buraida National College. The enrollment will start from Wednesday  Dhul-Qe'dah 10, 1438 H corresponding to August 2, 2017, until Thursday Dhul-Qe'dah 18, 1438 H corresponding to August 10, 2017, in the following colleges:

Enrollment Procedures:

• Enrollment takes place electronically via the Unified Admission Portal, for further details on the enrollment mechanism please click here to review enrollment steps guide.
• Following up the website of the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies and the concerned college to learn about dates of personal interviews for all applicants which will be formed Sunday Dhul-Qe'dah 21 until Monday 29, 1438 H.
• Printing of the Admission Notification (Application Number).
• Results of the Candidates will be announced on Sunday Dhul-Hijjah 19, 1438 H via text messages and on the e-portal of the male/ female applicant.
• Nomination confirmation and payment of fees will take place from Sunday Dhul-Hijjah 19 until Thursday 23, 1438 H.   

Required Documents:

1. Certified true copy of the graduation certificate issued by a Saudi or other recognized university.
2. Certified true copy of the transcript (academic record)
3. Photocopy of the national ID card or visa (for non-Saudis)
4. Two letters of recommendations from college professors.
5. Certificates of General Aptitude Test (GAT) for university students and TOEFL (or equivalent) of achievement (to be delivered to the Deanship of Postgraduate Studies no later than Dhul-Hijjah 23, 1438 H following the applicant's nomination for admission).
