The Department of Physical Education took part in the Educational Supervision Sixth Forum of Private Schools which was held on Rajab 20-22, 1438H at Shuaa Al Maarifah Private Schools in cooperation with Makkah Education Directorate. During the event, a lecture was delivered by Professor Mohamed I. Amin of Curricula and Teaching Methods under the title "Quality standards of in-class operations".

The participation is part of the Physical Department's role in creating channels of communications and support to all educational events under the supervision of Head of the Department Dr. Youssef A. Al Thoubaiti, Vice-dean of the College of Education for Educational Affairs Dr. Tawfik. E. Al Bakry and Dean of the College of Education Dr. Ali. M. Al Matrafi.
