The College of Social Sciences ranked second in terms of the number of people registered in the volunteer opportunities to serve the pilgrims during the Hajj season of this year 1442 A.H. This is according to the statistics of the Administration of Voluntary Work and Social Responsibility at Umm Al-Qura University.
It is worth noting that this progress is the result of the successive efforts of the members of the Volunteer Unit at the college: Dr. Hanadi Azhari, Dr. Safiyyah Madkhali, Dr. Amal Sulaiman, Ms. Aliaa Turkestani, Ms. Sundus Al-Maliki, and all the employees of the departments who have cooperated in encouraging volunteerism and charitable work.
On his part, His Excellency the Dean of the College, Dr. Abdul-Fattah Bustanji, valued the efforts of the unit’s members, supplicating Allah to reward them for their efforts in spreading the culture of volunteering in the college.
