Representing the UQU College of Pharmacy, Hanan M. al-Harbi, PhD student and TA at the College's Department of Pharmacology, who got her MA degree in pharmacology, won the 1st Research Award from AAPS-NEDG.
The research contest was held on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the organization.
The title of the research is:
"Employing a unique panel of breast cancer cellular lipid extracts in the development of a novel nanoliposome drug platform"
The College of Pharmacy would like to extend sincere thanks and profound appreciation to Hanan al-Harbi on this impressive research achievement.
This achievement, it should be noted, embodies the generous support provided by the UQU President, Dr. Bakri M. Assas, who spares no effort to encourage research activities of the university, with a view to becoming a research pioneer at the national, regional and international levels.
