Event Entitled ‘How to Stay Fit’
The female students of the Physiotherapy Department at the College of Applied Medical Sciences organized an event entitled "How to Stay Fit," which was held at Safiyyah bint Huiay School. The event was held on Tuesday, 2 Safar, 1441 A.H., under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ibrahim. It targeted the high school female students and teachers, and included presenting statistics on the spread of the problems of the skeleton, the importance of maintaining good posture, choosing an appropriate chair, sitting correctly, and the rules of lifting heavy objects properly, sleeping in a proper manner, and the suitable bellow for sleeping.
