5. Sustaining and publishing a number of dissertations on the history of Mecca.
6. Examining and publishing a number of manuscripts on the history of Mecca.
7. Translating and publishing foreign publications on the history of Mecca into Arabic.
8. Translating and publishing a number of Arab publications on the history of Mecca     into English.
9. Accomplishing a number of research studies on the history of Mecca.
10. Accomplishing a number of research projects on the history of Mecca.
11. Participating, on behalf of the Chair, in a number of conferences, seminars and scientific meetings.
12. Educating and cultivating society and deepening the historical knowledge through the media, consultations and scientific publications.
