Tasks
- To follow up on application of financial and accounting rules and regulations to ensure their efficiency and appropriateness, as well as offer proposals to the president of the university;
- To check the provisions and deposits every three months and ensure there are no amounts left in those two accounts for unnecessary reason;
- To oversee warehouse stocktaking process and ensure enforcement of warehouse rules and regulations;
- To complete payment procedures and final auditing of payment orders;
- To sign payment orders before submitting them to the Ministry of Finance;
- To participate in the different financial committees of the university;
- To make sure that the payment doesn't exceed the allocated funds and that they are utilized for the purposes they have been allotted to, and that they are used properly.
