Mechanism for Dealing with Outstanding Students
- The top five students in the college shall be selected, according to their GPA, and shall be honored with financial awards and certificates of excellence.
- Responsibility for determining the names of the outstanding students in the college rests with the Deanship of Admission and Registration and the Deanship of the College.
- The value of the material prizes shall be determined in coordination between the Vice Dean for Educational Affairs and the Dean of the College.
- In addition to the distinction reward that is paid to the student by the Deanship of Student Affairs, the outstanding student who has received a high excellent grade for two consecutive semesters shall be awarded a material or cash prize.
- An outstanding student shall receive a congratulatory certificate from the Dean of the College, given to him/her during an honoring ceremony, to which his guardian shall be invited to attend.
- The names of the outstanding students shall be announced in the college honors list that contains the names and pictures of the top distinguished students.
- The personal photos of the top students shall be published on the college website.
- A ceremony shall be held in the first or second week of every semester to honor distinguished students and grant them certificates of appreciation and cash or material prizes.
- Priority shall be for the top five students who excelled in attending training programs held by the College and the Vice Deanship of Student Affairs designated for the development of students' skills.
- An invitation shall be sent to the top five students to attend scientific lectures and seminars.
