The Department of Islamic Studies was established to create a favorable environment for an educational process that develops the Islamic traits of the female students. It aims at getting necessary academic accreditation, ensuring high quality education outputs and serving the community to solve issues under the rules of the Islamic Shari'ah.
The Department of Islamic Studies provides education and human resources development services for the female students and lays the foundations of the Islamic creed and culture into their hearts. It plays a role in solving problems and challenges faced by the Muslim world. It illuminates and immunizes girls against challenges that are facing Islam. In addition, it creates new sections to cover more branches of education including Qira'at (Recitations) of the Holy Quran.
