The main tasks of the department

  • Preparing selection lists of information resources: paper books, e-books, references and encyclopedias, periodicals, databases, scientific theses, manuscripts, and courses.
  • Indexing checklists for information resources.
  • Implementing the automated supply system.
  • Preparing security audits and checking security compliance.
  • Pricing scientific paper resources.
  • Preparing the necessary reports and lists.
  • Contacting publishers to subscribe to journals and information bases.
  • Involving departments in the selection process.
  • Evaluating current references.
  • Providing the Department of Finance with the proposed lists to create provisions.
