The main tasks of the department

  • Build a database of numbers and statistics.
  • Perform data quality control in the deanship.
  • Complete the requirements of the Deanship of Library Affairs for academic and institutional accreditation of the university.
  • Update the strategic plan of the university and follow up its implementation.
  • Perform quality control in the departments of the Deanship of Library Affairs.
  • Conduct workshops for the staff of the deanship and special events on quality.
  • Prepare questionnaires and forms.
  • Develop executive planning and initiatives for the Deanship of Library Affairs.
  • Measure performance indicators for the deanship.
  • Prepare annual reports.
  • Conduct surveys periodically.
  • Prepare studies and regulations and have them approved by the University Library Department.
