Praise be to Allah the Lord of the Worlds and peace and blessings be upon the most honorable among the Messengers, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his Companions. I'm going to give this speech in the form of messages:
First message: To the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his faithful Crown Prince, to whom I extend my highest thanks and appreciation for their support to science and education at all levels. I ask Allah to benefit the country and the people through them.
Second message: To my male and female students, I pray to Allah to make them successful and benefit from the opportunities provided by the university to achieve excellence and distinction towards achieving their dreams of obtaining a university degree and continue to strive to the highest scientific and functional degrees. We are all at their service and here to help them achieve those goals.
Third message: To my fellow faculty members, led by the Dean, who worked hard for the college and the university in order to receive institutional accreditation, which is in the interest of serving the male and female students. We are looking forward to further achievements, God willing.
Fourth message: To those faculty members and technical and administrative staff who were previously affiliated to the college but left due to the termination of their contracts or transferring to another college, I give them sincere thanks, and ask Allah to recognize their efforts on their scales on the Day of Judgment.
Fifth message: To the top management of the university, headed by the rector, who has developed a strategic plan for the university to rank, God willing, among the top 200 universities in the world. May Allah reward him and his team, assist him and his vice deans, and all the administrative staff for their service of Umm Al-Qura and the male and female students.
Finally, I ask Allah to help us serve this institution, which is dear to our hearts. All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds.
