Abstract
The study aimed to determine the social return of day care services for the Palestinian elderly at the Elderly Association in the Gaza Strip. The study concluded with a set of results, the most important of which is that the level of health, social, psychological, cultural and recreational return for day care services for the elderly is (average), and the results indicated the existence of obstacles that limit the social return of day services at a high rate. Statistical at the level ((α ≥ 0.05) in the social return for day care services for the elderly due to the gender variable, while it indicated that there were no significant differences with statistical significance at the level ((α ≥ 0.05) in the social return for day care services for the elderly due to the educational level variable and the previous occupation variable.
