Abstract
This research aims to define pedophilia and address the false allegations that accuse Islam of supporting Pedophilia, and to how to protect children from sexual harassments in Sharia and Kuwaiti law. This research followed the descriptive, analytical and comparative approach: by tracing the scientific subject of the study from its perspectives, describing, analyzing and comparing it with the jurists opinions with provisions of the Kuwaiti law. Results: The research concluded that pedophilia means sexual attraction and sexual orientations. The research highlighted nullity of the misconceptions that purport that Islam is a religion that supports pedophilia and prohibition of the pedophilic person's obscene practices, because it is in conflict with the intentions of Islamic sharia. The research defined the preventive measures for protection of child from sexual harassment in Islamic sharia and Kuwaiti law. Scientific value of the research stems from determination of nullity of the misconceptions about Islam as supporting pedophilia, and highlighting the role of Islamic sharia and Kuwaiti law to pass the preventive measures for children protection from sexual harassments.
