Abstract
This research dealt with the investigation of a manuscript written by Sheikh Yassin Al-Biqaa’i regarding whether the son had inherited the right of retaliation from his father, or was he one of his heirs, so was his responsibility proven? So? In the introduction to the research, I showed that the opinions of the majority of jurists are that the father does not suffice his son, and that the right of the son in retaliation is not established on his father if he inherited from him or was from his family. I inherited it, which is what the author concluded in his letter. This thesis was investigated in two copies, and the research is divided into two parts, the first part is an introduction to the author and a study of the manuscript, a jurisprudential study of the research topic, and the second part is an investigation of the research topic.
