Abstract
Waraqah bin Nawfal believed in the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and he had an impact in reassuring the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, at the beginning of the revelation. Waraqa bin Nawfal’s poems contained many doctrinal issues, such as proving the revelation that came down to the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, and proving his prophecy. And other religious topics. This research aims, in presenting the doctrinal content in the poems of Waraqah ibn Nawfal, to indicate his belief in the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, on the one hand. This research also aims to respond to some orientalists and Christians who claimed that the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, did not receive revelation from God Almighty. And what the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, came with is nothing but what he took from Waraqa bin Nawfal and reformulated. This research shows that this claim is devoid of scientific proof, as evidenced by the fact that what the Prophet Muhammad, may God bless him and grant him peace, came with was not known to his paper, and on the other hand; The doctrinal content that was mentioned in Waraqah ibn Nawfal’s poetry is not found in Waraqah’s knowledge, which he took from the Jews and the Christians.
