Abstract

Aljohari is one of the outstanding scholars of the Arabic language, and his dictionary, Alsahah, is one of the oldest, best, and most prestigious linguistic dictionaries. The research aims to clarify the cultural contents of this dictionary, and I have used the inductive method to achieve this goal. The cultural contents in this study are represented by three aspects: belief, devotion, and morality, and the moral aspects are the broadest and most covered in the dictionary. It is noted that there are some mistakes in the doctrinal aspects of Aljawhari in his determination of the meanings of some of the Unity of Allah's Names and Attributes, and he did not mention all the linguistic meanings of the monotheism of divinity. One of the most important recommendations is to study the topic: Doctrine issues in the Sahih dictionary of the essential critical study, and topic: Cultural contents in the dictionary of the tongue of the Arabs is a critical study.
