Abstract
The term 'dislike' holds significant importance among jurists, and in this research, the scholar endeavors to elucidate its meaning as understood by the four imams, as well as by jurists from the four schools of thought, including both early and later scholars. This study also seeks to redefine the term 'dislike' and highlight its impact on the liberation of issues discussed by jurists within each school of thought. The approach of jurists from each school of thought in dealing with this term is outlined by referencing specific issues identified by them, accompanied by applied examples sourced from the respective school's literature.
