The study aimed to identify the necessary conditions for applying artificial intelligence techniques in the administrative and educational process, as perceived by administrators and educators in the Ministry of Education and its directorates in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. The researcher used the field descriptive method, and the study sample consisted of 350 teachers, who were selected thru a random process. The study used a descriptive analytical approach and employed a questionnaire as the primary research tool. The questionnaire consisted of three as representing the educational, administrative, and technical requirements for using artificial intelligence technologies in administrative and educational procedures. The study results indicated that the participants showed a moderate level of agreement regarding the educational requirements, with a high level of agreement regarding the administrative requirements. The level of agreement regarding technical requirements was much higher compared to educational and administrative requirements. Moreover, it was clear that there were no statistically significant differences in the participants' responses based on gender, academic rank, and years of experience regarding the educational, administrative, and technical requirements for using artificial intelligence technologies. The study provided several recommendations, the most important of which was to study and address the anticipated challenges in implementing artificial intelligence in educational institutions. |
