Abstract
The study aimed to examine the extent to which public school female principals in the Hail Education Directorate practice spiritual leadership, and to assess the level of job passion among these principals from the perspective of female teachers. It also sought to explore the nature of the relationship between spiritual leadership and job passion among public school female principals in the Hail region. To achieve these objectives, the study employed a descriptive correlational methodology and relied on a questionnaire as the primary tool for data collection. The sample consisted of 260 female teachers from general education schools in the city of Hail, selected through simple random sampling. The findings revealed that the degree to which spiritual leadership is practiced by public school principals in Hail, from the teachers’ perspective, is very high. Similarly, the level of job passion among the female teachers, as perceived by themselves, was also high. Furthermore, the results indicated a significant positive correlation between the degree of spiritual leadership practiced by school principals and the level of job passion among teachers.
