Abstract
The study aimed to determine the requirements for the development of administrative decision processes in the light of administrative transparency, by identifying the reality of developing administrative decisions in the College of Education at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University in the light of administrative transparency, and revealing the obstacles that limit them, and the study followed the descriptive approach in its survey method, and the questionnaire was used as a tool for it, which included (38) phrases distributed on three axes, and the study population may consist of all faculty members and the like at the College of Education, which numbered ( 280) faculty members, and the study sample reached (164) faculty members who were selected in a simple random way from the total study population, and the study resulted in a number of results, most notably the following: The approval of the study sample members to a moderate degree on the reality of developing administrative decision processes in light of administrative transparency, and the approval of the study members to a high degree on the obstacles to the development of administrative decision processes in light of administrative transparency, and the approval of the study members to a very high degree on the requirements for developing administrative decision processes in light of administrative transparency
