Abstract
The study aimed to identify the reality of the practice of Saudi school principals abroad for digital leadership, and to reveal the obstacles to the practice of school principals abroad for digital leadership, and to indicate ways to enhance the practice of Saudi school principals abroad for digital leadership, and to achieve this, the researcher used the descriptive survey approach, and the questionnaire as a tool for the study, and the research community consisted of (245) teachers where the comprehensive inventory method was used due to the limited study community, and the study reached several results, the most important of which are: The reality of the practice of digital leadership by principals of Saudi schools abroad from the point of view of male and female teachers came with an average degree and an arithmetic average (3.34), and the obstacles to the practice of digital leadership by principals of Saudi schools abroad from the point of view of teachers obtained a high degree and an arithmetic average (4.13), and ways to enhance the practice of Saudi school principals abroad for digital leadership came from the point of view of teachers with a high degree and an arithmetic average (4.20), The study reached several recommendations, the most important of which are: the establishment of a unit at the level of the Ministry of Education concerned with digital transformation in schools, which supports school principals in their practice of digital leadership, as well as partnerships with the competent authorities in digital technologies in order to provide the necessary services to develop the digital infrastructure in schools, in addition to including digital skills in the criteria for selecting school principals.
