Abstract
The study sought to highlight the quality of e-learning instruction by faculty members and the level of student satisfaction with e-learning from students’ perspectives, as well as the relationship between these two components. In addition, it aimed to identify whether statistical differences exist that can be attributed to demographic variables (gender, college, university, academic year, GPA). The study population comprised all students affiliated with Prince Sattam University, Shaqra University, and Taif University in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the first semester of 2023. A descriptive correlational approach was utilized to conduct the study, using questionnaires to gather data from a randomly selected sample of 611 students. The results showed that both the quality of e-learning instruction and the level of student satisfaction with e-learning were rated high. Furthermore, a relationship was found between the quality of e-learning instruction by faculty members and the level of student satisfaction with e-learning from the students' perspectives. The study concluded with several relevant recommendations, including providing workshops to students and faculty to increase their familiarity with e-learning. In addition, suggestions and recommendations were provided to experts, researchers, and decision-makers in the field of e-learning.
