Abstract
The study aimed to identify the status-que of the scientific, social, economic, administrative, professional and cultural empowerment of female faculty members at the University of Tabuk from their points of view, as well as to reveal statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample of faculty members at the University of Tabuk on the five dimensions of empowerment according to the variables of specialization and nationality. The study used the survey descriptive method through a questionnaire applied to a sample of 140 female faculty members at the University of Tabuk. The most important results of the study were: that female faculty members at the University of Tabuk are empowered by their scientific, social, economic, administrative, professional and cultural rights to a large extent, and there are no statistically significant differences between the averages of the responses of the sample according to the variable of specialization, while there are statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample according to the nationality variable towards the Saudi female faculty members.
