Abstract
The current study aimed to identify the relation between psychological flow and psychological crises management among Saudi faculty members in Jeddah, also identify the role of psychological flow as a predictor of psychological crises management, verify the difference in psychological flow and psychological crises management due to the difference of sex, This study included a sample of Saudi faculty members in Jeddah (N=250) (100male, 150female). In this study the researcher used psychological flow scale and psychological crises management scale, both of scales standardized on Saudi environment. The result showed that a relation between Psychological flow and psychological crises management, Psychological flow were a predictor of psychological crises management, there were a difference in Psychological flow and psychological crises management due to the difference of sex, The results of the study reached some recommendations, including promoting healthy strategies to face of crises and problems, and educating young people not to resort psychoactive substances as unhealthy methods of coping with crises.
