Abstract
The study aimed to identify Ethical leadership and its relationship to morale among physical education supervisors In The Directorate Of Education Of The Irbid -Qasaba District. The study relied on the descriptive correlative approach, to suit the nature and objectives of the study. The study sample consisted of (76) male and female teachers in the schools of the Kasbah of Irbid, and the data were collected by the ethical leadership questionnaire, which included the following areas (ethical personal qualities, ethical administrative qualities, working in a spirit of The team, human relations), and the morale questionnaire, which included the following areas (relationship with colleagues, relationship with students, relationship with the supervising administration, belonging to the profession). The results of the study concluded that the level of moral leadership of physical education supervisors from the point of view of physical education teachers came to a high degree for all areas of study for the tool as a whole, and that the level of morale of physical education teachers came to a high degree for all areas and for the tool as a whole, and the results indicated a strong positive relationship Among all areas of ethical leadership and all areas of morale.
