Abstract
The problem of the study is about the awareness of female students of Shaqra University about the empowerment of Saudi women in the light of the Kingdom's Vision 2 03 0. The study aimed to identify the awareness of female students at Shaqra University about the social, health, educational, economic and political empowerment of Saudi women in the light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and to know the extent to which there are statistically significant differences in the answers of the sample members towards the degree of the study themes due to personal variables. The descriptive survey method was used. The study was applied to a sample of (375) faculty members at Shaqra University. Data was collected using a questionnaire that was subjected to validity and reliability standards. The study reached several results, the most important of which is the tendency of the study sample (to a large extent) to the statements contained in the themes of the study, which are: social and health empowerment of Saudi women, educational empowerment of women, economic empowerment of women, and political empowerment of Saudi women in light of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030. It was also found that there were statistically significant differences between the study sample with regard to all study themes due to age. And the presence of substantial differences between the sample in the theme of political empowerment, depending on the variable of specialization; it is noted that the difference is in favor of theoretical specialization, and it was also found that there were no significant differences between the sample in the rest of the study themes depending on the variable of specialization, and it became clear that there were statistically significant differences between the study sample with regard to the theme of political empowerment due to the academic level, and it was also found that there were no statistically significant differences among the study sample with regard to the rest of the themes attributed to the academic level.
