Abstract
The study aimed to reveal the reality of marketing academic programs at the Applied College at Umm Al-Qura University, in addition to revealing the presence of statistically significant differences between the average responses of the study sample on the dimensions of marketing academic programs that are attributed to the following variables: gender, academic specialization, program type, To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive survey method was used, as the sample consisted of (350) male and female students, and the questionnaire was used, which consisted of (36) phrases that measure (6) areas for marketing academic programs, which are the product: study programs, and the price: (tuition fees). place (educational environment), individuals, promotion, physical environment (facilities and equipment) and processes (admission and registration). It was high in the dimensions (operations, personnel, programs, and location), and its averages ranged from (3.72-3.54), while the two dimensions (price and physical environment) appeared average, amounting to (3.22, 3.02). As It was found that there are differences in the two dimensions of fees and place in favor of paid programs.
