This system works on requesting data from the entities participating in the work performed for hajj and umrah pilgrimage, whether executive plans; scientific journals and records; daily reports; content of lectures, symposiums, and conferences; academic papers; research and studies; minutes of committees and recommendations; etc. This data is classified, cataloged, and inserted into databases. Then, it is stored, and retrieved afterward at maximum speed and with minimum cost and effort. It is later delivered to the researcher or decision maker in the appropriate manner.
